Track My Order

You can follow your Relivio order from dispatch to delivery. Here’s how.

1. Check your email

As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation that includes a tracking link. Click that link any time to see your parcel’s latest status. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched before tracking becomes available.

2. Track from your account

If you created an account at checkout, you can view your orders and tracking any time. Log in to your account, open Orders, and select your order to see its status and tracking details.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
