1. About Relivio
Relivio is operated by Michael Khalil trading as MK trading corp (ABN 72 795 242 570), a sole trader based in New South Wales, Australia. In these terms, “Relivio”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Michael Khalil trading as MK trading corp. Relivio is the storefront brand of this business.
These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from our store. Please read them before placing an order. You can contact us through our Contact Us page.
2. Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. If these terms conflict with such rights, those rights prevail.
3. Using our website
You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You must not introduce malicious software, interfere with the website’s operation, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe another person’s rights. You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or permission from a parent or guardian where applicable.

We aim to keep descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Colours and appearance may vary between screens. 5. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and at checkout. Applicable delivery charges and any taxes charged are shown before you submit your order. Payment must be made using an available checkout method. Price changes apply to future orders and do not change the price of an order already accepted.
6. Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement. We may need to contact you if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, an obvious pricing error occurs, or we reasonably suspect fraud or an unlawful transaction. We will explain the issue and, where appropriate, offer an alternative for your agreement. If we cannot fulfil your order and cancel it, we will refund payments for the cancelled items and any delivery charges attributable to them. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement.
7. Delivery
Available delivery options, charges and any stated delivery estimates are shown during purchase. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if it needs correction. If your order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Returns, faults and cancellations
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not match its description, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We may reasonably request proof of purchase and information needed to assess the issue. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, including appropriate return costs where required.
For a change-of-mind return or cancellation request, contact us as soon as possible. Any additional voluntary return offer stated when you purchase will be honoured according to its terms. A voluntary return condition or time limit does not limit your statutory rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and disclosed when you use the store or contact us. Shopify provides the platform used to operate our online store.

13. Governing law and concerns
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the applicable laws of Australia. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings available to you under applicable law.
